My favorite bakery (pre-celiac) has started making a gluten free version of my favorite cookie!!!!! Ok so it might help a little that I know the owner but still… I never asked him to consider having gluten free items or anything. He just started making them that way! He said he agrees with me that they taste better than they did before. These are the moments when I’m actually thankful that I have celiac because it makes you realize how much the little things in life matter :)
Just make sure they’re baking them in a safe place to avoid cross contamination!
